Challenge

The Covid-19 situation has altered purchasing behaviors significantly, reducing the human factor in sales processes. How could we maintain our customer attention without this crucial element?

Idea

We created Toyotabot, combining two technological innovations: a chatbot to assist customers and the Toyota quoting tool, providing the perfect tool to convert those interactions into sales.

Result

The Toyotabot successfully transformed traditional customer service processes, becoming an effective digital manager and generating the sale of 148 vehicles, totaling approximately $3 million in just 6 months. Additionally, operational savings of $18,000 were achieved, with a 50% reduction in congestion in other customer service channels.
