Challenge

Given the changes in the tourism industry post-COVID-19, it became necessary to implement a new digital strategy.​ We had the challenge to increase brand sales by 1MM and achieve a minimum ROAS of 12 from a new digital strategy.​

Idea

We executed a strategy focused on PERFORMANCE MARKETING for the client. Especifically in sales attribution behaviour, where we found 2 main focus points: ​Website UX, Tagging Structured Data. Actions Taken: We redesigned the website to enhance its conversion pathway, enabling end-to-end optimization of the entire performance journey and corrected data collection.

Result

In Sales: 9% increase in net sales through the direct channel.​ Reduction in the share of cancellations by 10 percentage points (3.4M).​ Historical record in investment effectiveness for sales (ROAS: 24).​ Traffic Evolution: 22% increase in sessions compared to 2021. (1.2M)​ Improvement of the bounce rate by 18%. (49%)​
