Challenge
How could Juan Valdez Café connect with a Millennial audience that saw the brand as old, boring, and "not cool"?
Idea
To address this challenge, we materialized the needs of Millennials into a brand space that was sustainable for the city. We used social listening to identify the main touchpoints of Millennials and created an iconic brand store to connect with them effectively.
Result
This space became a permanent meeting point for Millennials, allowing Juan Valdez Café to improve its brand health. We increased its consideration by 13 points and its reputation by 45 positions compared to the end of 2015.
