Challenge
The Faculty of Administration at Universidad de los Andes aimed for a specific goal for this edition of the Open House: to increase attendance and consequently reduce lead costs.
Idea
We found an opportunity to be accountable for media efficiency and lead closure management in their most important event of the semester. We created a comprehensive management model that combines media optimization, audiences, website, and Contact Center to reduce response times from when the user makes contact.
Result
We increased accountability by 52%, confirmation rate improved by 69%, and media efficiency was enhanced by 34%. 7 out of 10 attendees came through Ariadna's end-to-end management, and we improved attendance by 48% compared to the previous Open House.
